Rolex Senior Accountant

1. Maintain accounting records for multiple entities, including periodic closures, preparation of financial statements, and monthly reporting for the consolidation department.
2. Perform reconciliations with group companies.
3. Contribute to the enhancement and digital transformation of accounting and financial processes.
4. Collaborate on major projects within the Finance function's development.
5. Participate in the maintenance of the internal control system.

1. Federal diploma in finance and accounting, Bachelor's degree in Business Economics (HEG), or equivalent commercial professional maturity.
2. Confirmed professional experience of over 5 years in a similar role, with industrial sector experience being an advantage.
3. Native French speaker with good written comprehension of English.
4. Strong knowledge of the Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP RPC.

1. Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Excellent knowledge of SAP (FI/CO modules, strong understanding of logistics flow - PS, MM, PP modules).
3. Familiarity with reporting tools (Tableau, Tagetik) and digitalization is a plus.
4. Good priority and stress management skills.
5. Demonstrates rigor and high autonomy.
6. Sense of confidentiality and discretion.

Over 5 years of confirmed professional experience in a similar role, preferably within the industrial sector.

Federal diploma in finance and accounting or Bachelor's degree in Business Economics (HEG).
