- Define and document manufacturing strategies, process controls and associated tooling for rolling operations.
- Lead equipment commissioning (mise en train) and formal qualification (homologation) activities.
- Deploy, maintain and drive continuous improvement of production processes across the product lifecycle.
- Ensure rigorous product specification definition in close collaboration with industrialization and product teams.
- Plan and deliver training, handover and technical support for operators and receiving teams during process transfers.
- CFC (Federal VET Certificate) in mechanics or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Demonstrable, confirmed experience in horological rolling processes with automated loading systems.
- Proven capability to operate within cross‑functional and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, partnership-oriented approach.
- Process development and documentation

- Continuous improvement methodologies (problem solving, root cause analysis)
Confirmed professional experience in watchmaking rolling processes, specifically including work with automated loading systems and hands-on involvement in equipment qualification and process transfers.
CFC de mécanicien (Federal VET Certificate in mechanics) or equivalent technical diploma.
