2. Lead equipment commissioning (mise en train) and formal qualification (homologation) activities.

4. Ensure rigorous product specification definition in close collaboration with industrialization and product teams.
5. Plan and deliver training, handover and technical support for operators and receiving teams during process transfers.

1. CFC (Federal VET Certificate) in mechanics or an equivalent technical qualification.
2. Demonstrable, confirmed experience in horological rolling processes with automated loading systems.
3. Proven capability to operate within cross‑functional and multidisciplinary teams.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, partnership-oriented approach.
