Rolex R&D Project Manager

1. Actively participate in the development of new watch movements by providing expertise in materials and processes from the inception of innovation projects.
2. Manage the project portfolio, ensuring prioritization, progress tracking, and coordination among various stakeholders to achieve objectives.
3. Propose and evaluate innovative technological solutions that meet the functional, aesthetic, and performance challenges of new constructions.
4. Select and recommend the best materials and processes based on stringent specifications, including reliability, tribology, and assembly.
5. Support the development of components from specification definition to functional validation, including testing and associated optimizations.

1. Master's degree in Microtechnology, Mechanics, or Material Science from EPF or equivalent institution.
2. Proficiency in managing cross-functional projects and leading project portfolios.
3. Strong horological knowledge with additional expertise in materials, manufacturing processes (metals, ceramics, etc.), tribology, or surface processes being advantageous.

2. Analytical and synthesis skills with a proactive approach.
3. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proven experience in project management within a technical or R&D setting, preferably in the watchmaking or related industry.

Master's degree in Microtechnology, Mechanics, or Material Science.
