1. Lead concept research, design and development of high‑precision watch movement systems and innovative mechanical solutions.
2. Dimension and calculate mechanical components to meet performance, reliability and manufacturability targets.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to develop, validate and industrialise new calibres, integrating production constraints.
4. Manage technical follow‑up and clear, structured communication across construction projects for movements.
5. Maintain and govern technical data and the product definition reference system.
6. Contribute to the preservation and continuous evolution of specialised technical knowledge within the study office.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microtechnology, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven, confirmed experience in the design and development of watch movements or similarly high‑precision mechanical systems.
3. Strong competency in mechanical sizing and engineering calculations.
4. Demonstrated ability to propose innovative mechanical concepts and resolve complex technical challenges.
5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills; capacity to provide leadership within project teams.

Confirmed experience in the conception and development of watch movements or equivalent high‑precision mechanical systems, with a track record of participation in multidisciplinary projects and the integration of industrialisation constraints.
