Rolex Quality Project Manager — New Products

- Lead and animate the preventive quality process for new products, including risk analyses and in-series life assessments.
- Define the product qualification plan and product surveillance plan in partnership with the project team; support and coordinate article qualification activities.
- Monitor quality performance of newly launched products and manage internal non-conformity resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functional continuous improvement projects (scoping, analysis, deployment) to meet schedules and objectives.
- Propose improvement initiatives based on operational feedback and production exploitation data.
- Provide methodological support on quality tools and processes and adapt quality tools to end-user needs where necessary.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary teams and exercise leadership in group animation and stakeholder management.
- University degree or engineering diploma (EPF/HES) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record in project management within a manufacturing context.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, notably machining and surface treatments.
- Strong command of statistical methods and quality tools (QRQC, 8D, AMDEC, MSP, audits).
- Proficiency with ERP systems and common office productivity tools.
- Proactive, pragmatic approach with a preference for hands-on shopfloor work.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, diplomatic influence and proposal-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership in facilitating and animating working groups; strong team orientation and adaptability.
