1. Lead and contribute to the preventive Quality Assurance approach during industrial qualifications.
2. Manage internal non-conformities with promptness and methodical precision.
3. Develop and maintain the quality system to ensure adherence to operational and informational best practices.
4. Analyze quality performance and propose improvements to meet set objectives.
5. Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects.
6. Provide methodological support on quality tools and processes.
7. Oversee the qualification of article/supplier pairs, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
8. Drive quality performance of external suppliers and lead continuous improvement projects with them.

1. University degree, EPF/HES Engineer or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven professional experience in project management.
3. Experience in surface treatment is advantageous.
4. Advanced proficiency in statistics (green or black belt) and quality tools (QRQC, 8D, FMEA, SPC, Audit).

1. Proficiency in common office software and ERP systems.
2. Proactive and pragmatic with a preference for fieldwork.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Innovative and diplomatic.
5. Leadership in group facilitation.
6. Adaptability and strong team spirit.

Proven professional experience in project management, with a preference for experience in surface treatment.

University degree, EPF/HES Engineer or equivalent qualification.
