1. Fabricate complete dial prototypes.
2. Collaborate with designers and project managers on conceptual designs.
3. Develop production processes in alignment with team expertise, including background settings, decal application, assembly, and available machining resources.
4. Program using Creo ProE or other CAM software.
5. Operate CNC machinery for 3/5-axis milling and turning.
6. Design and create specific tooling.
7. Order tools directly from suppliers.
8. Communicate new products and machining methods to industrialization and production partners.
9. Monitor technological advancements in machining techniques.
10. Engage with suppliers regarding tools, equipment, and machinery.
11. Explore new assembly and dial design techniques.

1. CFC in polymechanics or mechanical technician.
2. Proficiency in CNC machining and programming, including 3/5-axis milling and turning.
3. Familiarity with conventional machining techniques.
4. Solid knowledge of CAM, with proficiency in ProE as an advantage.
5. Basic understanding of dial manufacturing methods is beneficial.
