1. Formulate project needs and define objectives for equipment and packaging industrialization.
2. Propose concepts considering objectives and sustainable development technologies.
3. Draft detailed project specifications.
4. Coordinate actions with the project team.
5. Facilitate regular project sessions.
6. Develop and monitor project schedules.
7. Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence.
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
9. Provide regular project reports to hierarchical superiors and relevant teams.
10. Coordinate meetings with industrial partners.

1. HES, EPF degree or equivalent university education.
2. Proven experience managing a diverse portfolio of projects (equipment and packaging).
3. Experience in supply chain and/or industrial logistics is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.

Confirmed experience in managing a diverse portfolio of projects, particularly in equipment and packaging.
