1. Formulate project requirements and define objectives for the industrialization of equipment and packaging.
2. Propose concepts aligned with project goals and sustainable development technologies.
3. Draft detailed project specifications.
4. Coordinate actions with the project team and lead regular project meetings.
5. Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
6. Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring compliance.
7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
8. Provide regular project reports to senior management and relevant teams.
9. Coordinate meetings with industrial partners.

1. HES, EPF degree or equivalent university education.
2. Proven experience managing a diverse portfolio of equipment projects.
3. Experience in supply chain and/or industrial logistics is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in English and/or German is a plus.

3. Ability to synthesize information and communicate it effectively.

Proven experience in managing a diverse portfolio of equipment projects, with additional experience in supply chain or industrial logistics considered an advantage.
