1. Ensure the optimal functioning and performance of production equipment while adhering to sector objectives.
2. Provide daily technical and quality support to workshop operations.
3. Act as the technical point of contact for the area, analyze risks, communicate them to the workshop, and monitor progress.
4. Manage tooling and consumables effectively.
5. Define and maintain up-to-date performance indicators.
6. Lead and facilitate various technical sessions.
7. Ensure the reliability of workshop data and adherence to procedures.
8. Analyze production data and ensure the accuracy of entries in the information system.
9. Verify the compliance of new tools and processes.
10. Participate in the qualification of new products, continuous improvement actions, and optimization of operational methods.

1. Technician ES diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Initial experience in the industrial sector.

1. Proficiency in quality problem-solving tools (8D, Pareto, etc.).
2. Strong data analysis capabilities.
3. Team-oriented mindset, attentive and autonomous.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Experience in watchmaking and project management is advantageous.
6. SAP skills are a plus.

Initial experience in the industrial sector is required, with additional experience in watchmaking considered an advantage.

Technician ES diploma or equivalent qualification.
