1. Manage the initiation of production orders for each item according to the established plan and monitor their execution.
2. Ensure short-term load/capacity management across all production units in coordination with other managers.
3. Contribute to the gradual integration of new products and processes in collaboration with planners, project managers, and production teams.
4. Monitor action plans across various production interfaces to ensure delivery objectives are met.
5. Participate in identifying solutions to accelerate production flow.
6. Maintain and update master data and track relevant performance indicators.

1. Engineering degree (HES) or Technical degree (ES) in logistics or production, or equivalent education.
2. Experience in planning or scheduling within the supply chain.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems and familiarity with decision-making tools.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Ability to work under pressure and propose innovative solutions.

Experience in planning or scheduling within the supply chain is preferred.
