- Ensure adherence to quality criteria across the production sector and serve as the operational liaison with designated Experts.
- Guarantee consistent application of control methodology and uniformity of the quality reference system.
- Escalate incidents and non‑conformities to the sector quality technician and coordinate corrective actions.
- Conduct workstation audits to verify compliance with prescribed methods and control tools.
- Participate in the validation of aesthetic criteria for produced components.
- Prepare weekly quality reports and lead cross‑functional quality meetings.
- Maintain required competency levels of inspectors by providing training, coaching and on‑the‑job support.
- Deliver training and coaching on aesthetic inspection criteria to all sector staff.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at elevating component quality.
- Technical diploma (Technicien ES) in mechanical engineering or microtechnology, or equivalent.
- Confirmed professional experience in quality with continuous certified training.
- Minimum three years’ professional experience in quality control of watchmaking products.
- Demonstrated expertise in aesthetic inspection and command of basic quality tools and methods.
- Excellent visual acuity and ability to read technical drawings and plans.
- Proficient use of standard computer tools and software for reporting and traceability.
- Strong training, coaching and audit facilitation capabilities.

At least three years of hands‑on experience in quality control within the horology/watchmaking industry, plus demonstrated experience in implementing and animating quality processes and delivering training.
Technician ES diploma in mechanics or microtechnology (or equivalent technical qualification).
