Rolex Production Quality Engineer

- Drive daily quality performance within a production workshop, collaborating closely with operations teams, industrialization, suppliers and internal clients.
- Monitor quality indicators and coordinate corrective and preventive actions to resolve production incidents.
- Participate in sector production steering meetings to maintain and disseminate best quality practices.
- Provide technical support to operators during ramp-up and production launches.
- Manage and maintain the quality relationship with suppliers, including follow-up on non-conformances and supplier corrective actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and structured problem‑solving initiatives.
- Bachelor-level Engineer (HES) or ES Technician in mechanical engineering, microtechnology or equivalent, complemented by formal training in quality management.
- Demonstrable experience of at least 2–3 years in a similar production quality role.
- Practical knowledge of machining, finishing and/or assembly processes.
- Proficiency with preventive and corrective quality management methodologies and tools such as 8D, 5M and QRQC.
- Strong rigor, autonomy, organizational capability and a collaborative team spirit.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical and synthesis skills, with a proven capacity to learn and integrate quickly.

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in a production or manufacturing quality role, preferably within precision machining, finishing or assembly environments.
Bachelor-level engineering (HES) or ES technician in mechanical engineering, microtechnology or equivalent, plus supplemental training in quality.
