Rolex Production Flow Simulation Intern

1. Integrate with the manufacturing team and become proficient in the project toolset, including Flexsim, Tableau, Monday and SAP.
2. Conduct site visits of the industrial system to map current processes, identify constraints and understand project objectives.
3. Contribute to the drafting of functional specifications for the proposed simulation and optimisation solution.
4. Develop the simulation solution in collaboration with team members, building models and implementing scenario logic.
5. Perform optimisation scenario analyses, validate results with stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
6. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including functional documentation of the model and a final project report.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnique, Manufacturing Technology Engineering (MTE) or an equivalent technical degree.
2. Solid understanding of Lean Management principles and process improvement methodologies.
3. Proven ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
4. Strong organisational skills, intellectual agility and a dynamic, solution-oriented mindset.
