Rolex Production Flow Simulation Intern

- Integrate with the manufacturing team and become proficient in the project toolset, including Flexsim, Tableau, Monday and SAP.
- Conduct site visits of the industrial system to map current processes, identify constraints and understand project objectives.
- Contribute to the drafting of functional specifications for the proposed simulation and optimisation solution.
- Develop the simulation solution in collaboration with team members, building models and implementing scenario logic.
- Perform optimisation scenario analyses, validate results with stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including functional documentation of the model and a final project report.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnique, Manufacturing Technology Engineering (MTE) or an equivalent technical degree.
- Solid understanding of Lean Management principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organisational skills, intellectual agility and a dynamic, solution-oriented mindset.

Current master-level student with coursework or prior project experience in simulation, data analysis or process optimisation. Prior internship or academic projects using simulation tools constitutes an advantage.
Enrolled in or completing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnology, MTE or equivalent.
