1. Manage manual scheduling of workshops by generating production orders.
2. Utilize, maintain, and enhance automated scheduling systems.
3. Maintain weekly communication with forecasting and planning partners.
4. Identify and resolve scheduling issues to optimize processes.
5. Develop manufacturing ranges for products.
6. Collaborate with project leads to define new scheduling processes to meet service challenges.
7. Employ analytical tools to optimize stock coverage.
8. Ensure the declaration and transfer of urgent parcels to the shipping department.
9. Resolve blockages in preparation stations.
10. Address issues related to automatic stock management.
11. Redirect shipments in case of changes in transport mode or priorities.
12. Provide parts for internal clients.

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in production management and/or logistics.
2. Federal Certificate or Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.

1. Excellent organizational skills.
2. Team player with strong communication abilities.
3. Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and autonomous.
4. Ability to plan and coordinate multiple simultaneous activities.
5. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and other scheduling tools.

A minimum of 5 years in production management and/or logistics is required.

Federal Certificate or Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
