Rolex PLM Business Analyst

1. Gather user requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
2. Participate in all phases of PLM projects, from needs identification to post-deployment support.
3. Provide PLM user assistance and helpdesk support.
4. Conduct functional testing prior to solution delivery to end-users.
5. Coordinate activities with other departments responsible for the development, maintenance, and migration of the Windchill platform.
6. Ensure follow-up on open tickets with solution providers.

1. University degree in Information Technology or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the industrial or aerospace sector.
3. Proven functional experience with PTC's Windchill solution.

1. Proficiency in MPMLink, PDMLink, and PartsLink modules.
2. Familiarity with ERP and MES environments, with developed skills in Creo and/or SAP.
3. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.
4. Team player with a strong collaborative spirit.
5. Native French speaker with a good command of English.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial or aerospace sector is required.

University degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
