1. Higher education degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or industrial/production management.
2. Confirmed professional experience in logistics, procurement/supply planning and team leadership.
3. Practical knowledge of operational planning processes and performance indicators (SAP, sourcing tools).
4. Strong organisational capability, performance management experience and effective communication skills.
