Rolex Organizational Analyst

- Design, update and formalize divisional organizational charts to reflect current structures and reporting lines.
- Ensure the coherence, clarity and accuracy of all organizational diagrams and related documentation.
- Support teams during organizational changes by producing clear, tailored visual materials and explanatory artifacts.
- Collaborate closely with the Human Resources division and relevant business units to integrate organizational evolutions and maintain regular updates.
- Archive and maintain traceable documentation for org charts and associated records.
- Contribute domain expertise to transformation and reorganization projects, advising on information structuring and presentation.
- Improve and optimise tools, templates and processes used for creating organigrams and diagrams.
- Commercial or administrative education (CFC, ES diploma, Bachelor HES or equivalent).
- Professional experience in organizational management, corporate administration or a related HR function.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and oral.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with a rigorous attention to detail.
- Proven discretion and ability to handle confidential, sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior executives and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Requires prior professional experience in organizational administration, org‑design or corporate documentation roles where the candidate handled the creation and maintenance of organizational charts and supported change programmes.
