Rolex New Product Introduction Engineer

1. Act as the technical referent and coordinate the transfer of new products into production according to the production plan.
2. Define and validate the manufacturing range, required tooling and production documentation to ensure readiness for series production.
3. Validate series launch (production start‑up) in collaboration with the project team and perform post‑launch exploitation reviews.
4. Participate in project risk analyses and escalate critical issues to management with clear reporting.
5. Coordinate between project owners, production technicians and scheduling to guarantee alignment of priorities and resources.
6. Represent the machining/plaque sector in cross‑functional new‑product governance bodies and animate sector project meetings.
7. Implement and monitor rigorous follow‑up of qualification manufacturing orders in the workshop.

1. Degree in Microtechnology, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Proven industrial experience in precision manufacturing or watchmaking; experience with new product introduction preferred.
3. Strong team orientation with excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Analytical and synthetic reasoning; ability to take a step back on complex projects and flows.
5. Proactive, adaptable and responsive to evolving project requirements; effective under pressure and able to prioritise.
