Rolex New Product Introduction Engineer

- Act as the technical referent and coordinate the transfer of new products into production according to the production plan.
- Define and validate the manufacturing range, required tooling and production documentation to ensure readiness for series production.
- Validate series launch (production start‑up) in collaboration with the project team and perform post‑launch exploitation reviews.
- Participate in project risk analyses and escalate critical issues to management with clear reporting.
- Coordinate between project owners, production technicians and scheduling to guarantee alignment of priorities and resources.
- Represent the machining/plaque sector in cross‑functional new‑product governance bodies and animate sector project meetings.
- Implement and monitor rigorous follow‑up of qualification manufacturing orders in the workshop.
- Degree in Microtechnology, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven industrial experience in precision manufacturing or watchmaking; experience with new product introduction preferred.
- Strong team orientation with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical and synthetic reasoning; ability to take a step back on complex projects and flows.
- Proactive, adaptable and responsive to evolving project requirements; effective under pressure and able to prioritise.

Industrial experience in precision manufacturing or the watchmaking sector is required; demonstrated involvement in NPI or industrialization projects and production launch phases.
Engineering degree in Microtechnology, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
