- Develop programs for machining equipment.
- Monitor and communicate task progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Actively participate in the integration of new products and processes, formalizing reference states.
- Conduct production trials in collaboration with partner teams and draft associated reports.
- Update technical data related to production equipment and operations.
- Rationalize and optimize manufacturing processes by establishing experimental plans.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects within production and service.
- HES Engineer, ES Technician in Microtechnology, or equivalent.
- Proven expertise in machining on single and multi-spindle turning machines with proficiency in ISO and TISIS programming.
- Knowledge of CAD software, ideally CREO.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a practical approach.
- Methodical and rigorous with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Willingness to undertake initial training in Geneva before continuing the mission in the canton of Fribourg.
Experience in machining and programming on turning machines is required.
HES Engineer, ES Technician in Microtechnology, or equivalent.
