Rolex Media Reporting and Administration Intern

1. Support media reporting and data analysis activities, producing accurate summaries for stakeholders
2. Enter and maintain media planning data within the media planning system
3. Participate in coordination of media projects, liaising with internal teams and external partner agencies
4. Assist in preparation and design of briefs, presentations and key materials, including content formatting
5. Perform assorted administrative duties to ensure smooth operation of the media team

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme (Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent)
2. Knowledge of media principles and media planning workflows
3. Proven ability in data consolidation and accurate data entry
4. Analytical mindset with capacity for synthesis and clear reporting
5. Dynamic, flexible, autonomous and rigorous with a proactive attitude

Ideal candidate is currently completing a Bachelor's degree and may have prior academic or internship experience in media, marketing or communications; previous exposure to media planning or reporting is advantageous but not mandatory.
