4. Understand and contribute to the improvement of maintenance workflows.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of maintenance processes and building environment.
3. Proficiency in MS Office tools and standard reporting.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
5. Ability to manage priorities effectively.
