- Structure and ensure the reliability of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for a pilot scope including site, technical lot, and equipment families.
- Standardize building technical maintenance procedures applicable to operational activities.
- Define a set of KPIs and a simple reporting system to manage activities.
- Understand and contribute to the improvement of maintenance workflows.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of maintenance processes and building environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and standard reporting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with maintenance processes and building environments is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent (in progress).
