1. Organize and coordinate daily production objectives in collaboration with service team members and external partners, ensuring optimal workload distribution.
2. Lead initiatives to manage work-in-progress, delays, or early deliveries to meet deadlines.
3. Conduct incident resolution activities based on daily contingencies.
4. Ensure compliance with regulations regarding the management of precious materials.
5. Manage and optimize computerized systems and inventory management.
6. Contribute to the definition and monitoring of continuous improvement plans, fostering a culture of progress and supporting team autonomy and accountability.
7. Ensure effective internal and external communication within the service.

1. Federal diploma in logistics or equivalent degree in production and/or logistics management.
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in logistics.

1. Proficiency in stock management and team management.
2. Strong communication skills and initiative-taking ability.
3. Proactive, pragmatic, and enjoys hands-on work.
4. Strong team spirit and versatility.
5. Proficiency in SAP and other computer tools.

5 to 10 years of experience in logistics is required.

Federal diploma in logistics or equivalent degree in production and/or logistics management.
