Rolex Logistics Manager

1. Optimize processes related to the management of chemical products and the organization of hazardous goods transportation for Geneva and Fribourg sites.
2. Manage article data by updating chemical product records in SAP as a Key User.
3. Ensure regulatory compliance concerning the storage, transport, and handling of chemical products and waste.
4. Oversee stock management and maintain rigorous inventory tracking.
5. Monitor performance indicators and continuous improvement plans, proposing concrete solutions to optimize processes.
6. Serve as Safety Advisor for the transport of dangerous goods (OCS, IATA).
7. Provide operational assistance and replacements across various service roles, primarily in logistics and special waste management.

1. Federal diploma or CFC in logistics with 3 years of experience or equivalent competencies.
2. Category B driving license required.
3. Additional assets: Safety Advisor training for dangerous goods transport (ADR, OCS, IATA), forklift license, ADR/SDR license.

1. Proven experience in logistics management, ideally in environments involving chemical products and/or hazardous waste.
2. Knowledge in chemistry: understanding of SDS data, hazard identification, and chemical risk management.
3. Proficiency with standard office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and SAP.
4. Strong inclination for teamwork in multidisciplinary settings and collective projects; ability to lead and unify teams.

Proven experience in logistics management, ideally within environments involving chemical products and hazardous waste.

Federal diploma or CFC in logistics or equivalent.
