Rolex Logistics Manager

- Optimize processes related to the management of chemical products and the organization of hazardous goods transportation for Geneva and Fribourg sites.
- Manage article data by updating chemical product records in SAP as a Key User.
- Ensure regulatory compliance concerning the storage, transport, and handling of chemical products and waste.
- Oversee stock management and maintain rigorous inventory tracking.
- Monitor performance indicators and continuous improvement plans, proposing concrete solutions to optimize processes.
- Serve as Safety Advisor for the transport of dangerous goods (OCS, IATA).
- Provide operational assistance and replacements across various service roles, primarily in logistics and special waste management.
- Federal diploma or CFC in logistics with 3 years of experience or equivalent competencies.
- Category B driving license required.
- Additional assets: Safety Advisor training for dangerous goods transport (ADR, OCS, IATA), forklift license, ADR/SDR license.
- Proven experience in logistics management, ideally in environments involving chemical products and/or hazardous waste.
- Knowledge in chemistry: understanding of SDS data, hazard identification, and chemical risk management.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and SAP.
- Strong inclination for teamwork in multidisciplinary settings and collective projects; ability to lead and unify teams.
Proven experience in logistics management, ideally within environments involving chemical products and hazardous waste.
Federal diploma or CFC in logistics or equivalent.
