1. Recent graduate or near completion of a degree in technical, mechanical, or micromechanical fields.
2. Prior internship experience in a corporate setting.
3. Experience in production or industrial environments is advantageous.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills through extracurricular activities.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with an open-minded and curious nature.
2. Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
3. Ability to lead projects and persuade stakeholders.

Internship experience in a corporate environment is required. Experience in production or industrial settings is a plus.
