- Prior internship experience in a corporate setting.
- Experience in production or industrial environments is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through extracurricular activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an open-minded and curious nature.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
- Ability to lead projects and persuade stakeholders.
