1. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in the field of intellectual property, specifically in trademarks (searches, filings, renewals, oppositions) and designs.
3. Experience in a law firm or within an intellectual property department is advantageous.

2. Proficiency in French and English with excellent writing skills in both languages.
3. Strong team spirit and adaptability.
4. Proactivity and initiative.

Confirmed experience in intellectual property management, particularly in trademarks and designs.
