1. Communicate global directives and set objectives for managers overseeing teams responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for the manufacturing and assembly of Rolex watches.
2. Organize and manage activities to ensure managerial performance.
3. Guide, support, and motivate managers in achieving their objectives, developing their skills, and monitoring their teams.
4. Foster a climate of trust and optimize interfaces with partners.
5. Define the industrial vision of the service and manage strategic projects in collaboration with other services and divisions of the company.
6. Drive operational and economic performance of the service using and developing various monitoring and reporting tools.
7. Oversee the production of new products according to project objectives.
8. Continuously improve work organization and evolve industrial tools in line with strategy.

1. Engineering degree from HES, EPF, or equivalent institution.
2. Proven experience in management within an industrial environment.
3. Experience in change management.

Confirmed management experience in an industrial setting is required.
