1. Design and industrialize product ranges and nomenclatures for new products.
2. Contribute to the specification and updating of new processes.
3. Document various industrial scenarios and technical solutions.
4. Centralize and implement product-process evolutions in series production.
5. Manage projects while adhering to processes, standards, and budgets.
6. Build, maintain, and deliver feasibility dossiers by coordinating with contributing services.
7. Ensure the reliability of the technical definition of ranges (manufacturing dossier).
8. Develop, guarantee, and enhance shared standards within the team (target ranges, model plans, MPO models).

1. Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent) in mechanics or microtechnology.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management.

2. Analytical capability with a strategic perspective.
3. Ability to unite competencies and persuade stakeholders.

A minimum of 5 years in managing industrial projects is required.

Engineering degree in mechanics or microtechnology (HES, EPF, or equivalent).
