Rolex Industrialization Manager

1. Lead, organise and develop the industrialization and methods team to ensure unit performance and cohesion.
2. Set and communicate strategic orientations and individual objectives; coach, motivate and develop team members.
3. Manage operational and financial performance through tailored KPIs, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Plan and execute product industrialization projects to achieve series production targets and project milestones.
5. Drive evolution of the industrial toolset and manufacturing processes in alignment with broader strategy.
6. Ensure the durability and coherence of engineering changes implemented in series production (change control).
7. Maintain and validate technical data and documentation relevant to industrialization activities.
8. Conduct technological watch to identify opportunities and inform the unit’s technical roadmap.

1. Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent).
2. Demonstrated management experience with proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.
3. Natural leadership with strong listening skills, empathy and exemplary professional conduct.
4. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; capable of influencing across functions.
5. Autonomous decision-maker with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and a drive for proactivity.
