Rolex Industrialization Manager

- Lead, organise and develop the industrialization and methods team to ensure unit performance and cohesion.
- Set and communicate strategic orientations and individual objectives; coach, motivate and develop team members.
- Manage operational and financial performance through tailored KPIs, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan and execute product industrialization projects to achieve series production targets and project milestones.
- Drive evolution of the industrial toolset and manufacturing processes in alignment with broader strategy.
- Ensure the durability and coherence of engineering changes implemented in series production (change control).
- Maintain and validate technical data and documentation relevant to industrialization activities.
- Conduct technological watch to identify opportunities and inform the unit’s technical roadmap.
- Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent).
- Demonstrated management experience with proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Natural leadership with strong listening skills, empathy and exemplary professional conduct.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; capable of influencing across functions.
- Autonomous decision-maker with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and a drive for proactivity.

Confirmed experience in management and industrialization, ideally gained in precision manufacturing or watchmaking environments; proven track record delivering new product introductions and driving operational performance.
Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent).
