1. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team.
2. Oversee operational and administrative management of the team, including recruitment, planning, and evaluation.
3. Establish and drive the roadmap for industrialization activities of a movement assembly line.
4. Ensure team capacity aligns with objectives and workload.
5. Act as an ambassador for team cohesion and actively promote cross-functional collaboration.
6. Understand and anticipate client needs in alignment with sector strategy.
7. Define and manage the operating budget for the group and its activities.
8. Participate in industrialization and continuous improvement projects.

1. HES engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
2. PMI/IPMA/PMP certification is an advantage.
3. Proven management experience, with Lean Management as a plus.

Confirmed experience in management, preferably with exposure to Lean Management practices.
