1. Ensure the optimal functioning of industrial equipment through autonomous corrective and preventive actions.
2. Strictly adhere to established processes, including ERP tracking and interdepartmental collaboration.
3. Identify and propose improvement areas, ensuring their operational deployment.
4. Share experiences, recommendations, and best practices within the team to foster collaboration.
5. Provide technical support to production teams.
6. Maintain high-quality relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

1. Possession of a CFC in mechanical-electrical or automation fields.
2. Strong experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in electroplating.
3. Proficiency in electricity and electrochemistry.
4. Good knowledge of environmental safety standards specific to electroplating and chemical products.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
6. Versatile, autonomous, available, and proactive profile.
7. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
8. Fluency in French and German, with proficiency in English preferred.
9. Possession of OIBT authorization art. 15 or 15.4 is an advantage.
