Rolex Industrial Information Systems Manager

- Manage a team responsible for IT support and integration on production machinery.
- Ensure optimal management of industrial systems at the Acacias and Chêne-Bourg sites.
- Guarantee performance and availability of industrial systems, coordinating operations and enforcing internal standards.
- Oversee compliance with procedures, standards, and guidelines for security, quality, and confidentiality across production sites.
- Protect industrial information systems and implement cybersecurity best practices to prevent intrusions, data loss, or disruptions.
- Guide the team in researching and implementing innovative solutions.
- Promote skill development, autonomy, and engagement among team members.
- Advanced degree in industrial computing, electrotechnics, automation, or a related field.
- Experience in close management on industrial sites, preferably multi-site.
- Strong knowledge of IT (Information Technologies) and OT (Operational Technologies).
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulousness, organizational skills, and proactivity.
- Collaborative spirit and team orientation, with the ability to unite and support.
