1. Manage the recruitment process for apprentices, including job postings, candidate management, and liaising with candidates, parents, schools, and internal clients.
2. Conduct apprentice recruitment for specific roles, from application review to contract proposal and signing.
3. Support apprenticeship mentors in managing and overseeing apprentices, particularly during probation and throughout their training journey.
4. Serve as the HR contact for apprentices and their parents as needed.
5. Ensure optimal working conditions for apprentices to facilitate a smooth training experience.
6. Oversee projects related to the apprentice population.
7. Contribute to promotional and recruitment events.
8. Facilitate events for apprentices, mentors, and parents.
9. Participate in events organized by training partners.

1. University degree or HES or federal diploma in human resources.
2. Possession of a CFC is an advantage.
3. Proven experience in recruitment and personnel management, particularly with apprentices.

1. In-depth knowledge of the Swiss education system.
2. Native French speaker with excellent writing skills.
3. Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office).
4. Knowledge of SAP HR is an advantage.
5. Organized and meticulous.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, courtesy, and listening ability.
8. Exemplary and positive attitude.

Confirmed experience in the field of recruitment and personnel management, particularly with apprentices.

University degree or equivalent in human resources.
