Rolex HR & Recruitment Intern

1. Draft and publish job advertisements across appropriate channels
2. Process incoming applications: receipt, data entry, filing and basic screening in the recruitment tool
3. Search for candidate profiles within the applicant tracking system
4. Organise and schedule recruitment interviews, manage calendars and co-ordinate telephone communications
5. Handle interview logistics including room reservations, room preparation and candidate reception
6. Prepare new-hire documentation and support the HR team with routine administrative tasks

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s programme, preferably in Hospitality Management or a related discipline
2. Excellent written communication and drafting skills
3. Very good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
4. Flexible, rigorous and highly organised
5. Strong team spirit and interpersonal aptitude

No specific professional experience required; prior administrative or HR internship experience is advantageous.
