Rolex Hospitality Intern

- Enter, update and maintain hospitality-related records in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow‑up.
- Research hospitality venues and suppliers and produce professional PowerPoint presentations for internal review.
- Contribute to the compilation and maintenance of the international hospitality platform catalogue.
- Support the team in preparing hospitality programmes, event briefs and guest itineraries.
- Assist with administrative tasks and regular reporting to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Respect confidentiality and handle sensitive guest and client information with discretion.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related discipline.
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
- Very good command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in hospitality and guest service.
- Meticulous, well organized and able to work collaboratively while maintaining discretion.
- Availability for a six-month internship.

No previous professional experience is strictly required; prior internships or practical experience in hospitality, events or guest relations is an advantage.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management (or equivalent).
