Rolex Hospitality Intern

1. Enter, update and maintain hospitality-related records in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow‑up.
2. Research hospitality venues and suppliers and produce professional PowerPoint presentations for internal review.
3. Contribute to the compilation and maintenance of the international hospitality platform catalogue.
4. Support the team in preparing hospitality programmes, event briefs and guest itineraries.
5. Assist with administrative tasks and regular reporting to ensure smooth operational delivery.
6. Respect confidentiality and handle sensitive guest and client information with discretion.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related discipline.
2. Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
3. Very good command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
4. Strong interest in hospitality and guest service.
5. Meticulous, well organized and able to work collaboratively while maintaining discretion.
6. Availability for a six-month internship.

No previous professional experience is strictly required; prior internships or practical experience in hospitality, events or guest relations is an advantage.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management (or equivalent).
