1. Manage, support, and develop the team within the Continuous Training section.
2. Ensure operational management and continuous improvement of the group.
3. Support the team in finding innovative solutions to satisfy internal clients.
4. Maintain and ensure the coherence of standards over time.
5. Lead the deployment of the section's strategy within the group.
6. Provide and improve performance indicators.
7. Participate in budget establishment and ensure its monitoring within the scope.
8. Promote operational cross-functionality with other teams.

2. Ability to build effective and agile operational management and associated reporting.
3. Interest in training and skills development.

2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.

4. Aptitude for working transversally (group) and strong communication sense.

Confirmed experience in team management is required.
