Rolex Events and Reception Intern

1. Participate in event preparation meetings and contribute to the planning process
2. Support organisation and logistical follow-up for corporate and client-facing events
3. Coordinate operations with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery
4. Oversee on-site coordination and ensure smooth execution of activities on the day of the event
5. Handle internal requests and provide administrative assistance to the Reception and Events team
6. Attend post-event debriefs and synthesize feedback to inform continuous improvement

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme in Hospitality Management or an equivalent field
2. Excellent written communication skills, particularly in French
3. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
4. Discreet professional demeanour and a collaborative team orientation
5. Very good command of English (spoken and written)
6. Availability for a 6-month internship

No extensive prior professional experience required; current academic enrollment is mandatory. Previous internships or part‑time experience in hospitality, events or guest services is advantageous but not required.
