1. Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent) in logistics, mechanical engineering or microtechnology.
2. Proven experience in project management, preferably in industrial or automation contexts.
3. Hands‑on experience with automated industrial equipment (conveyors, machine vision, special/custom machines).
4. Strong organisational autonomy, rigorous planning and budgetary control skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills: active listening, synthesis capability and effective communication.
6. Desirable: experience in supply chain / industrial logistics and training in environmental / sustainable development.
7. Desirable: knowledge of English and/or German.
