1. Understand and master the challenges related to the energy transition within an industrial company, particularly in relation to evolving legal frameworks.
2. Control and ensure the quality of energy data and associated expenses, including billing.
3. Participate in the budgeting process for the company's energy expenses and projects studied within the unit.
4. Monitor the consumption of building-specific installations (HVAC) and production processes, conducting investigations to initiate optimization actions.
5. Consolidate the deployment of the energy monitoring software.
6. Propose, initiate, and lead action plans/projects on various themes and volumes.
7. Oversee and control the proper execution of related works.
8. Ensure the follow-up and reporting of implemented actions, safeguarding against deviations.
9. Communicate and make visible the completed projects to stakeholders.
10. Participate in legal monitoring related to various energy and associated themes.

1. Engineering degree (HES/EPF) ideally with a focus on Thermal/Energy Systems

1. Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary projects, preferably in construction.
2. Strong interest in energy themes and sustainable development.
3. Good knowledge of BREEAM/LEED labels is an advantage.
4. Strong numerical skills and ability to analyze large data sets.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and synthesis ability.
6. Interpersonal skills, relational ease, collaborative and dynamic spirit.
7. Proficiency in office IT tools and ability to integrate specific software.

Confirmed experience in managing multidisciplinary projects, preferably in the building sector.

Engineering degree (HES/EPF) ideally with a focus on Thermal/Energy Systems.
