Rolex Die Maker (Press Tool Maker)

1. Assemble, install and maintain progressive and modular stamping dies, ensuring operational readiness on production presses.
2. Perform grinding, fine adjustments and set-up trials on presses to validate tool performance and part quality.
3. Inspect stamped parts for dimensional and aesthetic defects; diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions.
4. Collaborate closely with the production department to optimize tooling performance and production flow.
5. Drive continuous improvement by proposing tooling modifications, participating in root-cause analysis and documenting changes.
6. Execute preventive maintenance and maintain accurate tooling records and maintenance logs.
7. Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, safety procedures and shop-floor best practices.

1. CFC Polymechanic (polymécanicien) or equivalent vocational qualification in mechanical/toolmaking.
2. Proven hands-on experience with stamping dies or high‑precision tooling in a mechanical or watchmaking environment.
3. Native French or German speaker with strong working proficiency in French.
4. Analytical mindset with a collaborative team spirit and strong adaptability.
5. Proactive, partnership-oriented, flexible, autonomous, well organised and rigorous.
