1. Proficiency in 3D CAD tools and technical data management.
2. Excellent teamwork skills.
3. Solution-oriented with leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team in overcoming technical challenges.

Experience in microtechnology engineering with a focus on dial construction and technical project management.

HES Engineer in Microtechnology or equivalent qualification.
