1. Ensure the availability, performance, and security of MES applications.
2. Propose and implement technical solutions to enhance service quality, availability, and security of applications.
3. Manage the evolution and automation of configurations and deployments.
4. Install, automate, and integrate solutions with associated documentation.
5. Resolve complex problems and handle Level 3 incidents.
6. Participate in on-call service duties.

1. Higher education in computer science (e.g., HES Engineer).
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technology stack (Windows Server, IIS, Powershell, FailoverCluster, SQLServer).
4. Familiarity with high availability environments and their monitoring.
5. Knowledge of Linux environments and containerization technologies.
6. Strong autonomy, team spirit, relational ease, and ability to work in a complex environment.
7. Excellent mastery of software factory tools, scripting, and development languages for automation (Puppet, Ansible, Bamboo, Jira).
8. Awareness of DevOps concepts and Infrastructure as Code methods.
9. Awareness of information security.
10. Client-oriented, methodical, and rigorous with good stress resistance.
