1. Lead and manage a team of building and technical draftsmen (CVCSE).
2. Assess team skills, tools, and work methods, proposing and implementing a strategy for the creation and development of this new entity.
3. Ensure the preparation, compliance, and updating of plans, adhering to legal standards and internal guidelines.
4. Oversee the lifecycle management of plans, from creation to end-of-life (disposal/storage).
5. Support the integration of 3D modeling and BIM technologies (Revit) within the group.
6. Facilitate the continuous improvement initiatives of the group.

1. Technical education background.
2. Experience in team management, ideally within an industrial or construction environment.
3. Interest in 3D technical drawing in building construction and associated technologies.

1. Proficiency in standard office software and data processing in spreadsheets.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Comfortable in a large and complex environment.
4. Rigorous, structured, and autonomous with an analytical mindset.
5. Excellent integration capability, team spirit, and service orientation.

Experience in managing teams, preferably in an industrial or construction setting.

Technical education background.
