1. Develop and update control programs for new product realization in surface treatment and coloring environments.
2. Ensure timely release of programs and define requirements for fixtures or equipment on control means.
3. Support workshops during initial controls to validate programs.
4. Ensure operator training on the use of control means.
5. Guarantee the capability of control means.
6. Define optimal control ranges in terms of capability, accuracy, and product control time in collaboration with project teams.

1. Engineering degree (HES) or Technician (ES) in microtechnology or equivalent.

1. Proven expertise in color control, surface state, bath quality, gloss, and dimensionality.
2. Experience in metrology.
3. Knowledge of METROLOG programming software is an advantage.
4. Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
5. Proactive, autonomous, rigorous, with a field-oriented mindset and analytical skills.

Experience in metrology and control methods within a production environment.

Engineering degree (HES) or Technician (ES) in microtechnology or equivalent.
