Rolex Control-M Scheduling Engineer

- Provide Level 2/3 support and resolve incidents affecting Control-M (EM/Server/Agents).
- Administer and upgrade Control-M platforms, including installations, patching, and post-upgrade verifications.
- Manage job scheduling, including plan escalation, calendars, workload policies, and blackouts.
- Deploy and maintain Windows and Linux agents using Puppet/Chocolatey, including diagnostics and remediation.
- Oversee the lifecycle of SSL/TLS certificates and coordinate network/security flow openings.
- Design and industrialize workflows and integrations (SAP/ABAP, MDM, WebDAV, scripts), managing dependencies, return codes, and logs.
- Automate and industrialize processes using Call API, Python/PowerShell scripts, and deployment tools to reduce manual operations.
- Ensure operational continuity through execution monitoring, hypercare, and communication with DBA/Systems/Applications teams.
- University degree (Master's) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling administration (Control-M or equivalent) and operations in a critical environment.
- Proficiency in BMC Control-M (EM/Server/Archiving/Agents) and workflow design.
- Expertise in Linux and Windows systems (agent troubleshooting, file systems, permissions).
- Experience with job automation/deployment using Ansible, Puppet, Chocolatey; scripting in Python and/or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of security and networking: SSL/TLS, certificate management, network flows.
- Experience with application integrations: SAP (RFC/ABAP), MDM, WebDAV; ITSM/observability tools: BigPanda, ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Control-M APIs (Call API) and multi-environment industrialization (INT/QUAL/PROD).
- Leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Strong communication and synthesis abilities.
- Problem-solving and emergency management capabilities.
- Fluency in French and technical English (reading/writing).
- Operational rigor, anticipation skills, strong interpersonal and pedagogical abilities, teamwork, and continuous improvement orientation.
Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling administration and operations in a critical environment.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
