Rolex Control-M Scheduling Engineer

1. Provide Level 2/3 support and resolve incidents affecting Control-M (EM/Server/Agents).
2. Administer and enhance Control-M platforms, including installations, patching, post-upgrade verifications, and conducting upgrades/hypercare.
3. Manage job scheduling, including planning, calendars, workload policies, and blackouts.
4. Oversee and maintain Windows and Linux agents, deploying via Puppet/Chocolatey, and performing diagnostics and remediation.
5. Manage the lifecycle of SSL/TLS certificates, including renewal and expiration monitoring, and coordinate with Network/Security for flow openings.
6. Design and industrialize workflows and integrations (SAP/ABAP, MDM, WebDAV, scripts), managing dependencies, return codes, and logs.
7. Automate and industrialize processes using Call API, scripts (Python/PowerShell), and deployment tools to reduce manual operations.
8. Ensure operational continuity, monitor executions, provide hypercare, and communicate with DBA/Systems/Applications teams.

1. University degree (Master's) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling administration (Control-M or equivalent) and operations in a critical environment.

1. Proficiency in BMC Control-M (EM/Server/Archiving/Agents) and workflow design.
2. Expertise in Linux and Windows systems (troubleshooting agents, file systems, permissions).
3. Experience with job automation/deployment: Ansible, Puppet, Chocolatey; scripting in Python and/or PowerShell.
4. Knowledge of security and networking: SSL/TLS, certificate management, network flows.
5. Experience with application integrations: SAP (RFC/ABAP), MDM, WebDAV; ITSM/observability tools: BigPanda, ServiceNow.
6. Familiarity with Control-M APIs (Call API) and experience in multi-environment industrialization (INT/QUAL/PROD).
7. Leadership and ability to unite teams around common objectives.
8. Strong communication and synthesis skills.
9. Problem-solving and emergency management capabilities.
10. Fluency in French, technical English (reading/writing).
