2. Organize steering committee meetings and provide comprehensive reports to the management and steering committee.
3. Support subject matter experts in monitoring standardization projects and managing associated documentation.
4. Develop strategic analyses, syntheses, and recommendations on horological standards, identifying discrepancies with company practices.
5. Prepare and distribute materials such as agendas, presentations, and minutes, ensuring traceability and follow-up on decisions.
6. Contribute to the consolidation and continuous improvement of the governance system in compliance and standardization within the company.

1. Higher education degree or equivalent from a prestigious institution.
2. Experience in the watchmaking industry is advantageous.
3. Experience in transversal project management within a regulated industrial environment in the quality domain.
