Rolex Catering & Events Intern

1. Support the HR catering lead in daily operations and coordination of on-site food & beverage activities.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of catering concepts and event food service plans.
3. Monitor and evaluate catering services, including follow-up with the contracted caterer and quality-control checks.
4. Draft, issue and track communications related to catering and events (internal notices, event briefs, supplier correspondence).
5. Maintain records and reporting for regular catering activities and supplier performance.

1. Currently enrolled in a hotel school, hospitality management programme or equivalent.
2. Previous practical experience in catering and/or event operations.
3. Excellent organisational skills and strong written communication abilities.
4. Good analytical capacity and a clear sense of priorities.
5. Demonstrated proactivity, autonomy and initiative in operational settings.
6. Comfortable with common IT tools and basic office software.

Practical experience in catering and/or event management is required; previous internships or operational roles in food & beverage or events are preferred.

Enrolled in a hospitality (hotel) school or equivalent vocational/academic programme.
