Rolex Business Analyst - HRIS

1. Actively contribute to the deployment of new software by challenging deliverable quality, adherence to commitments, and alignment with business needs.
2. Participate in the implementation and securing of data exchanges between the new HRIS and the existing system, which remains the tool for payroll calculation and time management.
3. Play a key role in the design, configuration, testing, validation, and production phases.
4. Post-deployment, serve as the application reference: manage evolutionary maintenance, regular updates, incident tracking, and coordinate developments.
5. Support users through continuous improvement, process optimization, and gathering of evolution needs.
6. Integrate into the existing HRIS team and contribute to its collective dynamic.

1. University degree or equivalent education.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (HRIS/transformation HR/HR tool deployment).
3. Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly Core HR. Familiarity with Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, and Succession modules is advantageous.
4. Knowledge of SAP S4 or ECC is a plus, especially regarding interfaces and service continuity.
5. Fluent in French; professional proficiency in English.
