Rolex BIM Manager

1. Represent the Bienne office in the implementation of BIM methodology within the Rolex group.
2. Manage BIM projects, including planning, monitoring, deliverable control, and reporting.
3. Assess current competencies and organize necessary training sessions.
4. Coordinate with IT services to organize and provide access to the collaboration platform.
5. Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings, including kick-offs, clash detection, milestone reviews, and quality audits.
6. Conduct and oversee model reviews, conflict analyses, and validation of digital models.
7. Ensure interoperability of models with other Rolex IT systems.
8. Stay updated on technological and regulatory developments related to BIM.

1. Formal education in BIM with a minimum of 3-5 years of confirmed experience.

1. Proficiency in major BIM software and exchange formats, particularly Revit.
2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, operations, and maintenance of commercial and industrial buildings.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Versatile, flexible, and autonomous individual.

A minimum of 3-5 years of confirmed experience in BIM management.

Formal education in BIM.
